Located on the eastern side of Port Angeles,it is the largest elementary school and houses kindergarten through sixth grade classrooms, as well as special education classrooms.Roosevelt’s approach to student achievement is caring and nurturing, yet data-driven with a problem-solving “No Excuses” foundation. Learn more about Our School Change of School Request Form Due to our social distancing guidelines and school facility closures, we will be using on-line avenues for the 2020-2021 Request for Change in School of Attendance forms. There are two situations in which you would need to complete this form: 1. Your child currently opts into a school outside of your attendance area, and you plan to stay at the out-of-attendance-area school. 2. You would like to request your child go to a school for the first time that is outside of your attendance area.
